Property Description
This Sitges apartment great location for those who enjoy spectacular sea views. It is located right on the sea front with amazing views out over the Mediterranean and the beautiful historic old town.

The street below is lined with wonderful cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. The centre of the old town is just a short 5 minute stroll away.

Located on the second floor the building has a lift.

There is a minimalist style sitting with a TV, table and chairs and comfortable sofa bed. From the living room there are french windows leading out to the sunny balcony with teak chairs where you can sit, relax and take in the breathtaking view of the sea and the historic old quarter.

The apartment has two modern, comfortable bedrooms. One has a large double bed and the other has bunk beds.

There is a modern, contemporary bathroom which has a bath and shower where you can unwind after a long day at the beach. As the apartment has been furnished for comfort and style, all the fittings and furniture are new and high quality.

There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens out onto the sitting- room, allowing you plenty of space to for cooking and entertaining. It also has a breakfast bar which provides a semi-separation between the kitchen and the sitting room - the perfect place to enjoy your morning croissant and fresh coffee.

The whole apartment is fitted with air conditioning and central heating for maximum comfort whether in the summer or winter.

From the centre of Sitges, a five minute stroll will take you to the beautiful port of Aguadolc. With its stunning yachts and excellent restaurants this port is well worth a visit. Sip a coffee or enjoy lunch in one of the fantastic seafood restaurants as you watch the boats moor and the beautiful people step into their Lambourghinis.

Port Aventura, this amazing Water Park is just a 2 train-stops from Sitges.

The stunning Cathedral at Monserrat, built high into the mountainside of the Penendes is truly spectacular and is approximately 45 minutes journey from Sitges. You can combine this trip with a visit to the famous Cava and Wine producers of Catalunya, such as Torres, Frixenet and Cordeanu.

Further afield, about 1 hours train journey, are the ancient Roman ruins at Tarragona where you can step back in time and see the Colosseum and Roman battlements.
