Property Description
This Sitges apartment is located just a 10 minute walk to the beach and
5 minute to the town center.

To the left as you walk in is a row of fitted cupboards for extra storage and just past that is a double bedroom with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto a terrace overlooking the street.

To the right is a room with twin beds, again with fitted wardrobes and shelving, and a window that looks out internally on the building.

Past the twin room there is a fully fitted bathroom with a floating glass and steel basin, a vanity mirror, and a walk-in shower. There is also the toilet and a steel shelving unit.

At the end of the hall is the air conditioned sitting room and fully fitted integral American kitchen, containing an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and just about everything else that you would need. The sitting room has a 3-seater bed settee, two lounger chairs and a coffee table.

There is also a dining table and seating for four.

The television receives english television via satellite, including BBC1 and 2, ITV 1 and 2, and Channel 4. Further entertainment is provided by a HiFi system with compact disc and tape functions.

This room also has patio doors leading onto a balcony.

Situated on Carrer Joan R Benapres, our flats occupy the entire first floor of a small residential block. Both apartments are fully equipped to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

It's a five minute walk to San Sebastian Beach and about the same to the centre of town at Cap de la Vila and the main stretch of bars on Carrer Bonaventura.

Both apartments are available for whole weeks with arrivals and departures generally on

Saturdays unless otherwise arranged and confirmed.

Points of Interest
From the centre of Sitges, a five minute stroll will take you to the beautiful port of Aguadolc. With its stunning yachts and excellent restaurants this port is well worth a visit. Sip a coffee or enjoy lunch in one of the fantastic seafood restaurants as you watch the boats moor and the beautiful people step into their Lambourghins.

Port Aventura, this amazing Water Park is just a 2 train-stops from Sitges.

The stunning Cathedral at Monserrat, built high into the mountainside of the Penendes is truly spectacular and is approximately 45 minutes journey from Sitges. You can combine this trip with a visit to the famous Cava and Wine producers of Catalunya, such as Torres, Frixenet and Cordeanu.

Further afield, about 1 hours train journey, are the ancient Roman ruins at Tarragona where you can step back in time and see the Colosseum and Roman battlements.
