Property Description
Located on a small street in the antique quarter, this Sitges apartment is seconds from the main beach.
The situation is superb for shopping, eating out or just relaxing with a beer in one of the bars on the seafront. If you are interested in art and culture, you are also a few steps from the main museums, art galleries and the beautiful public library.
The building, which is of recent construction, is on a very quiet street that runs down to the beach. As you get into the main entrance, there is a lift that takes you to the 1st floor. The apartment has got a bathroom with a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room area and a big bedroom that leads on to a terrace where you can dine al fresco in the summer.
The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.35 cm wide), dining table and chairs. The bedroom, decorated in a simple, relaxed style, has a double bed (1.60 cm wide), a built-in cupboard, two small tables and bedlamps. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower. There is a fan on the livingroom ceiling and remote controlled airconditioning for summer and winter in both livingroom and bedroom.
They both open out to a big roofed patio with a wooden table and garden chairs. As you cross the patio, there is a solarium with a wooden deck chair and a small table for drinks.
This is the ideal place for you to chill out after a day’s sightseeing in Barcelona.
It has its own bedlinen and towels for two people. Sheets and blankets are also provided for the sofa bed in case there is an extra guest. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a self-catering break: cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle

Points of Interest
From the centre of Sitges, a five minute stroll will take you to the beautiful port of Aguadolc. With its stunning yachts and excellent restaurants this port is well worth a visit. Sip a coffee or enjoy lunch in one of the fantastic seafood restaurants as you watch the boats moor and the beautiful people step into their Lambourghinis.
Port Aventura, this amazing Water Park is just a 2 train-stops from Sitges.
The stunning Cathedral at Monserrat, built high into the mountainside of the Penendes is truly spectacular and is approximately 45 minutes journey from Sitges. You can combine this trip with a visit to the famous Cava and Wine producers of Catalunya, such as Torres, Frixenet and Cordeanu.
Further afield, about 1 hours train journey, are the ancient Roman ruins at Tarragona where you can step back in time and see the Colosseum and Roman battlements.
