This Sitges Villa by the name of Casa Roca is stunning by all standards. Its modern but tasteful design give the client the feeling of grandeur.
Casa Roca allows you to enjoy a splendid location and lovely climate as well as elegant design rooted in the aesthetic values of Mediterranean style. It has been decorated and furnished with care to make visitors feel at home from the very first moment.
The house is located 30 Km. (19 miles) from Barcelona airport and 38 Km. (24 miles) from the city of Barcelona -30 minutes by train-.
The objective of Casa Roca is to give the customer of 5-star luxury without the typical hotel feeling.
19 miles from Barcelona International Airport, this elegant and spacious house comfortably accommodates twelve people (ten in the main area and two in the annexed bungalow).
Its special concept and design has the back of the house protected to the north by rocky mountain and at the same time is open to the sun, views of the Mediterranean Sea and the village of Sitges.
This two storey house is reached through its garden.
The main area has in its ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, toilette with shower, room for ironing, and laundry area; dinning room with table suitable for twelve people and a salon with lofted ceiling that communicates to the first floor through the stairs and a balcony. The first floor has four bedrooms (three double rooms; one quadruple room, perfect for kids); two full bathrooms: “Green Bathroom” and “Blue Bathroom.”
Annexed to the main house, there is the bungalow that has its own and special bathroom with natural stoned wall; a little kitchen and the large mixed area, bedroom and salon, that is opened to the garden and swimming pool, both shared with the main house as is rented all together.
The garden has beach chairs; wooded and garden area; a place to eat outdoors, to enjoy a barbecue next to the overflowing swimming pool 16 meters (52, 5 feet) long with various depths, to freshen up laying down, sitting or swimming…
The house contains four bedrooms and a bungalow. Each two bedrooms share one bathroom and hall. The bungalow has a full bathroom, kitchen and small salon.
All the bedrooms have closet, adjustable stereo sound and air conditioning.
The ground floor has:
A 35 sq meter bungalow with private entrance is next to the main house. The bungalow has a double bed (1,60 m width), walk in closet, bathroom with a large shower. It also has a private kitchen and small salon with table, armchair and TV. It has direct exit to the garden and enjoys of excellent views to the bay of Sitges.
The first floor has:
A bedroom of 15 sq meters, with double bed, closet and excellent views and a bedroom of 10 sq meters with two individual beds. Both rooms share a big bathroom inlaid in natural rock that has a bath tub and WC.
A bedroom of 16 sq meters, with double bed, closet and excellent views and a bedroom of 8 sq meters (with 2 bunk beds). These two bedrooms share a bathroom inlaid in natural rock with bath tub and separated WC.
The salon is an ample space of 46 sq meters with lofted ceiling that has two triple sofas, two armchairs, an armchair with ottoman, a number of side tables, TV/DVD home cinema.
A beautiful and efficient fireplace presides in the space.
From the back of the fireplace next to the stoned wall the comfortable stairs connect the first floor balcony overlooking the lofted salon.
The whole room is connected to the garden, swimming pool and dinning room.
This big space of 25 sq meters has kitchen, dinning room and salon together connecting into the garden and the swimming pool.
The kitchen is equipped with every necessity: dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave, coffeemaker as well as utensils for cooking.
It also includes vitro ceramic hob and electric oven and place settings for 12.
The dinning room sports a grand dinning table for 12 and is completed with large windows and incredible views.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the ample “Pink Bathroom” with shower next to the laundry room with washer, dryer and the necessary utensils for ironing and cleaning.
The main house also has the “Blue Bathroom” and “Green Bathroom.” Both have sink, large bath tub, and separate WC. The “Blue bathroom” also has bidet.
You will find the fourth and final bathroom, “Rock Bathroom” located in the bungalow. It is a large room with separate WC and background lighting on the stone walls which form an enormous shower.
The entire house is designed with the 155 sq meter garden in mind and introduces a comfortable, wood terrace surrounded by an abundance of vegetation that provides ample shade and a perfect environment for outdoor summer dinning.
Presiding in the garden is a 16 meter (52.5 feet) long pool with unique characteristics: a central 12 meter (39 feet) by 3 meter (10 feet) vase, possible for swimming; a 60 cm deep area for massages; and a number of areas with a depth of 20 cm to lie down and refresh.
The area is furnished with a table that has bank and chair seating as well as a swinging bench chair and beach chairs to pass the time taking in the sun, amazing views, tranquility and natural beauty surrounding the house.

Its 22 high quality beaches (more than 4 km of fine, golden sand), magnificent tourist infrastructure, exceptional leisure offers, enviable gastronomy, and high cultural interest convert Sitges, the jewel of the Mediterranean, into an example of prestigious world class tourism.
The particular micro climate (more than 300 sunny days every year) protected by the Garraf Mountain Range and the excellent geographical location (30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 19 miles from El Prat International Airport), add attraction to this coastal village.
